Muscle Effect bootcamp classes are different and aimed to keep your body guessing. We do a wide variety of cardio, boxing, hill sprints, kettle bell workouts, circuit training and much more. Each bootcamp session is run by a certified accredited fitness instructor who will keep you motivated throughout the session, improve your technique and provide helpful advice along the way. Our bootcamp classes cater to all ages and fitness levels focusing on teamwork and mental toughness.
Fitness assessment and weight measurements are conducted at the beginning and end of each program to ensure our trainer has knowledge about each individual and monitors progress. All classes are self-paced, it doesn’t matter what your current level of fitness is. We will allow you to work at the pace that you are able to. Don’t delay and start chiselling away your body. Reaching your goals can be done in easy steps. You have to get up and do something about it. No one else can do it for you!
